What this metric measures
The movement-state change trend is a proxy based on changes over time. It does not diagnose physiological fatigue, overtraining or injury.
How Trampoline Lab calculates it
Supported implementations compare early and late windows using available height, timing, pose-confidence, posture or impact-trend features. Missing inputs reduce confidence.
How to interpret it
A declining trend is a prompt to review technique, capture quality and rest needs. It should be considered together with perceived exertion and coach judgement.
Limits and responsible use
Tracking deterioration, a deliberate change of exercise or camera movement can look like fatigue.
