What this metric measures
Heart rate is a sensor measurement with its own source, timestamps and connection status. Trampoline Lab does not infer a clinical heart rate from video.
How Trampoline Lab calculates it
The client stores timestamped bpm samples from a supported device and aligns them with the session timeline. Missing or stale samples remain unavailable rather than being invented.
How to interpret it
Use heart rate as contextual training-load information. Personal zones and health decisions should follow appropriate professional guidance and device instructions.
Limits and responsible use
Wearable fit, motion artefact, connection loss and device algorithms affect readings. This is not an ECG or medical diagnosis.
