What this metric measures
Jump frequency is jump count divided by duration in minutes. The report must state whether total session time or active movement time is used.
How Trampoline Lab calculates it
The system combines the versioned jump count with a positive duration. It returns unavailable when duration is zero or required data is missing.
How to interpret it
Frequency describes pace, not skill or safety. Use its trend and variability rather than treating one high value as automatically better.
Limits and responsible use
Long pauses included in duration reduce the result. Different jump styles and trampoline settings are not directly interchangeable.
