Privacy Policy
X-Jump is a consumer training app for video capture, jump counting, trampoline-zone detection, and personal progress review. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or medical advice.
Data we process
- Account data such as email address, display name, sign-in provider, subscription tier, and session tokens.
- Training summaries such as date, duration, jump count, score, pipeline mode, app version, locale, and device diagnostic ID.
- Optional Standard outputs generated by the app, such as screenshots, PDF reports, highlight videos, and ZIP packages.
- Diagnostics needed to keep sign-in, entitlement refresh, and capture stability working.
Data kept local by default
- Full raw camera video is not uploaded by default.
- Full per-frame skeleton streams are not uploaded by default.
- Raw Depth data is not uploaded by default.
- Camera and photo library permissions are used only after you grant access on your device.
How we use data
We use data to create and maintain your account, sync your entitlement, show your training dashboard, diagnose service issues, protect the service from abuse, and provide requested exports or support. We do not sell personal data.
Third-party services
Sign-in and payments may use Apple, Google, or other providers when configured. Website and API hosting are provided through Hostinger infrastructure for x-jump.com. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention, deletion, and export
You can request account deletion, training-summary deletion, or data export by contacting info@x-jump.com from the email address associated with your account. We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or subscription accounting.
Children
X-Jump V1 is intended for general consumer fitness use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

我们会处理账号信息、训练摘要、订阅权益、必要诊断信息，以及用户主动生成或导出的截图、PDF、高光视频和 ZIP 包。默认情况下，完整原始视频、逐帧骨架流和原始 Depth 数据不会上传。
如果需要删除账号、删除训练摘要或导出账号数据，请使用账号邮箱联系 info@x-jump.com。我们可能会因安全、防滥用、法律义务或订阅账务保留有限记录。
