For account, subscription, capture, export, or privacy requests, contact us from the email address associated with your X-Jump account when possible.
Account help
- Include your sign-in email and whether you used Apple, Google, or email login.
- For subscription issues, include the App Store account region and product name if available.
- For account deletion or data export, clearly write “Account deletion” or “Data export” in the message.
Capture support
- Include device model, iOS version, app version, language, theme, and selected pipeline.
- For overlay issues, mention the phone orientation and whether the issue appears during capture or in the result page.
- For Standard features, include whether YOLO trampoline detection and Depth are enabled.
Safety note
X-Jump is a consumer fitness tool, not a medical or emergency service. Use the app only in a safe training area and stop immediately if the activity or environment becomes unsafe.
