Terms of Service
These terms apply to the X-Jump consumer iOS app, x-jump.com account services, and related cloud features.
Use of the service
You may use X-Jump for personal fitness capture, progress review, and non-medical training feedback. You are responsible for using the app safely, checking your surroundings, and stopping activity if conditions are unsafe.
No medical advice
X-Jump is not a medical device. Scores, jump counts, skeleton overlays, depth estimates, and trampoline-zone detection are informational fitness features only. They should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation decisions, or emergency situations.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. We may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the service or other users.
Subscriptions
Entry features may be available without a paid subscription. Standard features may require an active subscription or entitlement. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and family-sharing behavior are managed by Apple under its own terms.
Content and exports
You are responsible for videos, screenshots, reports, ZIP packages, and other outputs you create or share. Do not upload or share content that violates another person’s rights, privacy, or applicable law.
Service changes
We may update features, pipelines, supported languages, themes, backend APIs, and subscription benefits as the product improves. We will avoid removing paid access without a reasonable transition when practical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, X-Jump is provided as-is for consumer fitness use. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost data caused by user device conditions, unsafe physical activity, or misuse of exported content.
