DEFINED COURSE MEDIA PACKAGE
Real uploaded files explain what will be delivered.
Required slots are inspected and tied to the current course. External links and concept images do not complete publication.
Exactly one 1920×1080, 16:9 image, up to 12 MB.
Four to eight 1600×1067 images in 3:2 or 4:3, up to 12 MB each.
Exactly one 1920×1080, 16:9 video lasting 30–90 seconds, up to 250 MB.
Optional coach, equipment and PDF materials stay within their defined slots and limits.
A required slot counts only after file type, dimensions, ratio, duration, checksum, rights, processing state and withdrawal state pass the server rules.
RESERVATION TO REVIEW
One traceable delivery lifecycle, without pretending Phase 1 is a payment system.
The course record, reservation, attendance and public review remain separate, auditable states.

Approved facts, media, coach and future delivery context become visible.
- 02Member reservation request
A signed-in member requests seats and supplies the minimum contact context.
- 03Coach or operator confirms
Capacity and delivery details are confirmed; no payment is collected by this workflow.
- 04Structured attendance
After delivery, attendance is recorded as attended, partial, absent or cancelled with evidence.
- 05Eligible member review
Only an attended or partially attended member can submit one consented review within 90 days.
- 06Independent public snapshot
Moderation publishes a minimized snapshot; withdrawal removes it from public display immediately.
Phase 1 supports reservation requests and attendance records only. It does not create an order, charge payment, calculate commission, issue a refund or settle funds.
