REVIEWABLE METHOD · VISIBLE LIMITS

The Lab explains how a result was produced—not just the result.

Video, pose events and optional sensors are aligned on one session timeline. A public conclusion requires a named method, source evidence, units, confidence and known limitations.

PUBLIC METHOD · NO PUBLIC TEST RESULT WITHOUT REVIEW

ONE JUMP · SIX REVIEW POINTS

P0–P5 keeps video, events and sensors on the same cycle.

This is a shared explanatory model. It does not claim medical measurement, ground-reaction force or certified product performance.

EXPLANATORY MODEL · AUTHORIZED SOURCE FRAMES PENDING REVIEW
P0

Prepare

Stable contact and a usable camera view establish the cycle baseline.

P1

Compress

Downward body motion and mat loading describe contact without claiming force.

P2

Take off

The upward transition becomes a reviewable event on the timeline.

P3

Airborne

Consecutive frames describe flight and an estimated apex.

P4

Descend

Pose and body position create a coach-review point before contact.

P5

Re-contact

The landing event closes this cycle and connects it to the next.

MINIMUM PUBLIC EVIDENCE

A visual is not evidence until its source and method can be reviewed.

Every public cycle or metric package must contain the following information. Missing fields keep the material in draft.

  1. 01Authorized source

Consent-cleared source video or sensor recording.

  2. 02Timestamped frames

Four to six source frames tied to the same cycle.

  3. 03Aligned timeline

Pose, jump events and optional sensors share one clock.

  4. 04Processing rules

Filtering, exclusions, calibration and sample count are visible.

  5. 05Version and units

Every metric names its unit and method version.

  6. 06Confidence and limits

Known uncertainty and unsuitable uses remain beside the result.

Current public evidence state

No source-frame package has yet passed both evidence review and public-use authorization. Concept scenes remain labelled and cannot support a Lab claim.

METRIC MATURITY · PUBLIC DICTIONARY

Capability status is part of every claim.

A status describes the current validation boundary, not the importance of a metric. Connected-device metrics only exist when that device was actually recorded.

AVAILABLE

Available

Produced in the current App or analysis chain and reviewable with its source.

  • Jump count
  • Training duration
  • Jump frequency
  • Pose confidence
  • Heart rate · when connected
  • IMU raw signal · when connected
BETA

Beta

An algorithm or prototype output whose stability is still being validated.

  • Beat matching rate
  • Rhythm stability
  • Composite performance score
  • Team metrics
  • Mean cycle
  • Cycle variability
  • Center offset
LAB VALIDATION

Lab Validation

Restricted to controlled evaluation and professional review.

  • Flight time
  • Estimated jump height
  • Contact time
  • Landing-impact proxy
  • Product test score
  • Trunk-stability trend · controlled protocol only
RESEARCH

Research

A research direction; not presented as a purchasable product capability.

  • Impact-propagation trend
  • Fatigue trend

Every published value must show source, unit, method version, valid sample count, confidence and limitations. Pose confidence is not a movement-quality score.

TWO PURPOSES · TWO EVIDENCE CHAINS

Training records and product evaluations are never interchangeable.

TRAINING SESSION

Personal training and course feedback

Capture → session timeline → versioned training metrics → keyframes and trends → coach or member feedback → next session.

A personal score cannot become a product-performance conclusion.
PRODUCT EVALUATION

Controlled Trampoline Lab evaluation

Test plan → fixed sample and setup → synchronized measurement → protocol comparison → limitations and evidence → reviewed report.

A product result cannot promise the same training outcome for every person.
