PERSONAL TRAINING · PRIVATE RECORD

Keep the source and limits attached to every result.

The App records a session, synchronizes supported metadata to your account and presents only the metrics that the available source can support. Missing evidence stays unavailable—not zero.

A personal session is not a medical assessment, safety certification or Trampoline Lab product test.

WHAT REACHES YOUR HISTORY

A record is more than a score.

The same private session keeps ownership, timing, source status, metric definitions, confidence context and later feedback together.

01

Session provenance

Account ownership, App version, timezone, start, end and synchronization revision remain attached.

02

Explicit metric states

Each approved definition returns a value or an unavailable reason with unit, maturity and method version.

03

Personal trends

Comparable sessions can form a private 90-day view without turning missing values into progress.

04

Authorized feedback and reports

Coach feedback and stable report snapshots remain separate, permission-bound records.

TRAINING-METRICS-V1

Nine definitions, three maturity groups and one honest unavailable state.

Availability describes the current contract—not a guarantee that every recording can produce every value.

AVAILABLE

Direct or server-derived session measures

  • Detected jump count
  • Training duration
  • Jump frequency
  • Pose sample count
  • Trampoline-region sample count
Sample quantity does not prove recognition accuracy.
BETA

Model-dependent training indicators

  • Overall score
  • Beat-fit score
  • Stability score
Compare only within a compatible model version and source context.
LAB VALIDATION

Estimate requiring stronger calibration

  • Estimated jump height
Scale and calibration assumptions materially affect this estimate.
UNAVAILABLE

A visible result state—not a failure hidden as zero

When an input, confidence or supported method is missing, the interface keeps the reason attached and does not invent a value.

ONE PRIVATE TRAINING LOOP

From offline capture to the next informed session.

Each step preserves ownership and evidence boundaries while allowing the member to decide when a coach may participate.

  1. 01Capture in the App

Record the session online or offline with the available camera and optional inputs.

  2. 02Synchronize to the owner

The server derives ownership from the signed-in account and rejects cross-account session reuse.

  3. 03Normalize the record

Supported results are stored against approved definitions and versions.

  4. 04Review values and limits

The member sees available metrics, confidence context, key limitations and trends.

  5. 05Choose coach access

Active team membership and purpose-specific consent are rechecked for every coach read.

  6. 06Save the next action

Keep feedback or a versioned PDF/CSV snapshot without exposing raw video through this contract.

PRIVACY AND INTERPRETATION

The training record stays useful by staying bounded.

Your account owns the session

A client-supplied user identifier cannot select another account or move a session between owners.

Raw video is outside metadata synchronization

This contract does not upload raw video, pose frames or full sensor streams to the training history API.

Coach access is purpose specific

Membership alone is insufficient; the matching active consent is checked again for summaries and reports.

Personal and product evidence do not merge

A member result cannot be reused as a product-performance claim or published Lab conclusion.
